Mindfulness and Meditation Strategies

How can we create peace as busy parents? As parents, we like to feel like we’ve got this - that we have some form of control over the unpredictability of parent life.
 
Unfortunately, not everything always goes to plan. Sometimes we are juggling a million balls, tossing and turning with busy minds, worrying and waiting for results, berating ourselves for not doing things differently. It's all part of parenthood.
 
We are joined by Denise Orloff, our Mindfulness, Yoga and Self Care Expert and founder of Yoga LYFE as she shares some strategies to help with stress, the juggle and guilt!
